Terms of Service

General Terms

This agreement governs the relationship between the Cryptaka platform’s Management Company and its Users. It outlines the rights, responsibilities, and guidelines for utilizing the platform’s services.

  • The terms outlined herein are formulated in accordance with international legal standards and established business practices.
  • To access the platform’s services, Users must review and agree to these Terms. Failure to read or understand the Terms does not absolve Users from accountability for non-compliance.
  • By becoming a service customer and accepting these Terms, the User agrees to adhere to them fully.

Registration and Access

  • The platform’s services are accessible only to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority. In all cases, Users must be at least 18 years old.
  • To utilize the platform’s services, individuals must register and create a personal account.
  • During registration, Users are required to review and accept the Terms, as well as confirm their legal age.
  • To register an account, Users must provide a unique username, a password containing both letters and numbers, and a valid email address. Users are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and must not share them with third parties.
  • Creating multiple accounts using the same personal information is strictly prohibited.
  • After successful registration, Users need to log in, complete their profile, provide payment information for deposits and withdrawals, and define their security settings.

Investments

The Company accepts funds from Users under the following conditions:

  • Before using the investment management service, Users must review the available investment plans, profit rates, duration, and minimum and maximum size of investment.
  • Users agree to invest at their own discretion, fully assessing their financial capabilities and understanding the associated risks.
  • Funding the investment account is done through the “Top up” section of the User’s personal account.
  • Funds transferred to the investment account are considered a private transaction between the User and the Company.
  • Users can choose from available payment systems to fund their investment accounts.
  • All assets transferred to the account are handled and displayed in BDT.
  • Investment is activated once funds are placed on deposit from the account balance.
  • Users may create an unlimited number of deposits, with each deposit treated as a separate investment.
  • Investment profits are calculated based on the selected investment plan’s return rate and credited in BDT. Upon the investment term’s conclusion, the deposit expires, and initial capital is available for withdrawal.

Referral Program

The Company pays rewards to Users who refer new investors to the platform. Registered Users can take part in the affiliate program and benefit from a multi-tier bonus system.

  • Details regarding bonus amounts, eligibility, and promotion conditions are available on the company’s website.
  • Participation in the affiliate program does not require personal investment and is entirely optional.
  • New investors who register via a User’s referral link are permanently linked to that User’s affiliate network.
  • Commissions are earned based on the investment activity of referrals and are credited to the User’s account immediately after a referral makes a deposit.
  • Users may promote their affiliate links through any legal methods, excluding mass spam campaigns, which are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

  • Funds displayed in the User’s account balance are available for immediate withdrawal.
  • Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time at the User’s discretion, provided the amount meets the minimum threshold set by the Company.
  • Withdrawals are processed in BDT to your designated bank or payment system account.
  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed instantly, though the actual transfer time depends on the payment system’s processing speed.
  • In the event of system issues, withdrawals are handled manually and completed within 24 hours of the request.

Obligations of the Service

The Company commits to the following:

  • Ensuring uninterrupted platform operation and 24/7 access to personal accounts and services.
  • Safeguarding User data through secure storage, regular backups, and protection against system failures or technical issues.
  • Utilizing User funds for investment and marketing activities to generate profits and financial benefits.
  • Guaranteeing timely payment of profits, affiliate commissions, and bonuses.
  • Processing withdrawal requests in accordance with the Terms.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding User financial transactions.
  • Notifying Users of scheduled maintenance or access restrictions.
  • Providing 24/7 support to address User inquiries and resolve disputes.

User Responsibilities

By registering, Users agree to the following:

  • Read, understand, and comply with the platform’s Terms of Service.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
  • Assume full responsibility for the security of login credentials and any consequences of sharing them with third parties.
  • Protect their account from unauthorized access using available security settings.
  • Make responsible investment decisions after evaluating their financial situation.
  • Refrain from disclosing confidential service-related information to third parties.
  • Promote the platform only through permitted methods.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

The Company reserves the right to impose penalties, restrict access, or block accounts for violations of the Terms, including:

  • Providing false or irrelevant personal information.
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses.
  • Disrupting platform operations or attempting to hack the system.
  • Using spam or misleading tactics to attract referrals.
  • Posting defamatory or damaging content about the Company and the services it provides.

Confidentiality

  • The Company pledges not to share User data with third parties without written consent.
  • User information is stored on secure servers using encryption and advanced technological safeguards.
  • Multi-level verification is employed to protect account access and secure funds.
  • Personal data is used solely for dispute settlement and technical issue resolution.

Limitation of liability

  • The Company is not liable for losses caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, legal changes, military conflicts, or payment system failures.
  • The Company is not responsible for losses due to bank or payment system issues, account restrictions, or changes in third-party service terms.
  • Users are accountable for securing their login credentials and protecting their devices from malware.

User Support

  • Users may contact support for assistance via email, a feedback form, or Telegram.
  • Users are expected to maintain respectful and polite communication with support staff.

Amendments to Terms

  • The Company may modify the Terms without prior User consent.
  • Changes are communicated through announcements on the official website and take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
